Help SWS Plan A Sustainability Film Series
Sustainable West Seattle is taking the first steps toward hosting a Sustainability Film Series this year. So far we are announcing our first film: The End of the Line. We’ll be screening this film March 21 at 7 pm at the Admiral Theater. $5 suggested donation per attendee.
This is an important film about the impact of overfi shing. The film highlights the devastation currently happening in the world’s fisheries, due to our insatiable appetite for seafood. Following the film there will be a discussion around fisheries health, Puget Sound, and sustainable seafood.
Hajime Sato from Mashiko’s will share his restaurant’s journey in becoming Seattle’s only sustainable sushi restaurant.
