Second Use Building Materials is hosting a Free Plumbing Workshop on December 8 at their location at 3223 6th Ave. S, Seattle.
Just because the water’s dripping outside doesn’t mean you want it dripping inside. Join Second Use for our free plumbing workshop Saturday, Dec. 8, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The workshop will cover two main topics – faucets and toilets.
- For faucets, learn about key tools, how to rebuild a valve, and trouble-shooting a leak.
- For toilets, learn about the different parts, how a toilet works, how to prevent a toilet from running, and installing a toilet in your bathroom.
- Plus, there will be plenty of time for your own plumbing project questions.
- Deborah Henry will lead the workshop. She has a background in salvage and owns Splash Plumbing.
The workshop is free, but an RSVP is required. Please contact Elena Velkov at 206-763-6929 Extension 110 or elena@seconduse.com to reserve a spot. When you get in touch, please include the full name, e-mail address and phone number for each participant.
