SYMPHONY OF THE SOIL is a movie that harnesses the energy and enthusiasm behind the food movement in the US to bring attention to the life-structure that supports all of us – the living soil.

Deborah Koons Garcia‘s film ” inspires the understanding that treating the soil right can help solve some of our most pressing environmental problems, from climate change to dead zones, to feeding an ever increasing world population.”

Hosted by Seattle Tilth’s Master Composter/Soil Builder program and South Seattle Community College.  For more information contact Cara Ianni, Adult Education Program Manager, Seattle Tilth, 4649 Sunnyside Ave N., Suite 100, Seattle, or by phone at 206-633-0451 Extension 117, or by email at caraianni@seattletilth.org.  Also check out Seattle Tilth’s website at www.seattletilth.org
