West Seattle Fixers’ Collective meets in the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in Delridge at the West Seattle Tool Library.
In the broadest sense, a Fixers’ Collective is a group of folks who love to fix and mend things, which could be any old thing from broken blenders to ripped sweaters to antique dentist drills. This Thursday at the Fixers’ Collective, bikes will be a focus with component overhauls, forks and bottom brackets being the feature. Instructor for bikes will be Stu Hennessey, owner and operator of Alki Bike and Board in Admiral Junction.
