Puget Sound is sick from toxic runoff that threatens human health, the economic vitality of the region, and the Sound’s most emblematic species: salmon and orcas.
Join us for a presentation highlighting the most effective actions individuals can take to restore Puget Sound to health. This month the SWS Monthly Community Forum returns to Camp Long. We will be meeting at the newly-renovated Lodge, starting at 7:00 pm.
After the presentation, we’ll learn how our local government and nonprofit sectors are coordinating to reverse the tide of toxic runoff. Regional water quality panelists include representatives from King County, Sightline Institute, Stewardship Partners, the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition, and Puget Creek Watershed Alliance.

Is there a meeting site, location for the May forum? I’d like to attend but can’t seem to find details other than date, time, and program. Many thanks. Jay
Sorry, it’s at Camp Long, 35th Avenue SW and SW Dawson St – in the newly-renovated Lodge. The main story has been modified to include this information.
I have long been an advocate of waste water awareness and I have an art series called “Fish Food” a series of graphic litter that ends up in the Puget Sound… Wondering if there might be a space to do an installation of some of the pieces?
