Ever borrow a tool from your neighbor? Ever wish they had a better selection? Sustainable West Seattle has won a grant from the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods and has set up a tool lending library. You can find out more information or check out our inventory!

Planet Home Sustainable Living Festival in NE Seattle

Mark your calendars for August 21, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Hunter Tree Farm property, 7744 35th Avenue NE.  This is in the Wedgwood neighborhood and is accessible by bus.

The Sustainable Living Festival features free workshops, speakers, food, music, demonstrations!

  • Come learn how you can reduce your environmental footprint and share your experiences in trying to live more sustainably!
  • Take home ideas for environmentally-friendly living and maybe win some eco products to help you on your way.
