SCALLOPS, the Sustainable Communities All Over Puget Sound, is hosting a Permaculture Potluck and Dance at Om Culture (just north of Gas Works Park in Fremont) on February 20 from 3:00 pm through 11:00 pm. This is a chance for SCALLOPS groups, sustainable businesses, permaculture participants and seed swappers to eat, dance and party!
This is your chance to:
- Showcase your project
- Learn about current projects in and around Seattle
- Connect with potential collaborators
- Have lots of fun networking
- Swap seeds
- Eat a delicious (local, organic) potluck dinner
- Dance the night away
Schedule for the day:
- 3 – 6 pm: Set up your project tables and start networking and seed swapping
- 6 – 7:30 pm: Potluck Dinner (bring your own plates, cups, utensils)
- 7:30 – 11 pm: Dance
There is an $8 to $15 suggested donation at the door, kids free. This is a family-friendly event, and you are welcome to bring guests. Want to volunteer to help set up/clean up/get the word out? Send an email to jennypell@gmail.com.
